Maintains, configures, and supports core business applications, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, vendor communication, client onboarding, system implementations, upgrades, change management, and application documentation. Provides technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders while supporting process improvements and team development. Requires at least three years of support experience, knowledge of Microsoft technologies, SQL, IIS, server platforms, and mandatory eFront Invest experience.

Develops and reviews sustainability reports, presentations, assessments, and other client deliverables. Responsibilities include substantive editorial review, validating evidence and findings, checking sustainability assessments, identifying inconsistencies and gaps, collaborating with global specialists, improving editorial processes, and responsibly using AI-enabled tools. The role requires strong writing, editing, analytical, sustainability, project coordination, and quality-control skills.

Provide functional expertise and lead Yardi Voyager implementations for real estate clients: requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, training, go-live support, documentation, ongoing troubleshooting, and client advisory. Support multiple Yardi modules and coordinate with Yardi support and client stakeholders, with travel to Middle East client sites as required.
