Drive network optimization, cost reduction, digital transformation (TMS/WMS), continuous improvement, governance, analytics, and stakeholder management while building and coaching a high-performance operations team.

The Legal Counsel will manage complex maritime and commercial contracts, lead negotiations, ensure legal compliance, and mentor junior members while aligning legal strategies with business objectives.
