Processes accounting transactions for cold chain logistics, including invoicing, billing, accounts payable and receivable, cost allocation, and payment cycles. Validates charges against contracts and tariffs, monitors actual versus budgeted costs, maintains audit-ready financial records, prepares operational and financial reports, resolves billing discrepancies with cross-functional teams, and supports compliance, process improvement, automation, and workflow standardization.

Creates and manages pricing quotes for out-of-gauge and complex-dimension cargo shipments. Coordinates with terminals, sales teams, and customers to accelerate quote turnaround, manage booking amendments, maintain quality and turnaround-time standards, and improve customer experience. Identifies process improvements and auto-quoting opportunities, develops solutions, and provides analysis to support operational decisions.
