Translates global strategy into regional business plans, improves product competitiveness, controls costs, drives go-to-market execution, and ensures profitable, sustainable growth.

Execute and review indirect tax returns, workpapers, reconciliations, payments, and compliance reporting for India-based entities. Manage tax data, filing evidence, workflow timelines, aging balances, audits, and stakeholder information requests. Support process improvements, controls, finance transformation, tax projects, and research into international indirect tax law while ensuring accurate, timely, and audit-ready delivery.

Supports day-to-day customer experience operations, including customer channels, case management, onboarding, relationship management, contracts, and disputes. Handles customer queries, maintains accurate records, resolves routine issues, escalates complex matters, coordinates with internal stakeholders, and follows established processes to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely service delivery. The role also contributes to process improvements and administrative, technical, and operational activities.
