Leads operational excellence initiatives for warehousing, stock movement, storage, and inventory management. Applies Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, improve productivity, establish new processes and systems, and build a culture of continuous improvement. Manages teams, sets departmental priorities, develops policies and plans, coaches employees, and addresses operational and resource challenges.

Supports customer experience and administrative operations, including channel and case management, customer onboarding, relationship management, contract and dispute activities, and query resolution. Maintains accurate records, coordinates with internal stakeholders, follows standardized procedures, resolves routine issues, escalates complex matters, and contributes to process improvements while ensuring quality and compliance.

Owns post-booking shipment file activities including creating bookings, managing documentation, updating systems, handling invoices, coordinating with Customer Service and FinOps, resolving customer queries and exceptions, and ensuring smooth end-to-end supply chain execution.
