Manage and enhance endpoint management across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune. Implement endpoint security, compliance, identity integration, application deployment, patching, and Zero Trust controls. Provide L3 support, troubleshoot policy and deployment issues, automate tasks with Bash or PowerShell, monitor device health, maintain documentation, and improve user experience and operational processes in a remote distributed environment.

Define and execute enterprise technology architecture strategy across application, platform, infrastructure, integration, data, and cloud domains. Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, review boards, and operating models while guiding modernization, microservices, API-driven systems, Azure cloud adoption, data platforms, AI/GenAI, automation, security, and cost optimization. Partner with business, product, engineering, and senior leadership to align technology decisions with business value, scalability, compliance, and innovation.

Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and executive reporting solutions. Build advanced DAX measures, implement Row-Level and Object-Level Security, optimize report and SQL performance, troubleshoot reporting environments, and manage solutions through deployment and support. The role collaborates with data and analytics teams, participates in Agile delivery and UAT, documents technical solutions, and contributes to scalable reporting improvements.
