Develop and close new business for Amex GBT’s travel software and services. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, executive presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, RFP responses, contract negotiation, onboarding coordination, revenue growth, target achievement, and maintaining prospect records. The role requires consultative SaaS sales experience, strong networking and analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and 25–50% travel while working remotely.

Coordinates releases across interdependent applications and environments, ensuring testing and quality gates are completed. Analyzes and improves release processes, maintains SOPs and workflows, gathers stakeholder requirements, tracks metrics, reports status, and supports root-cause resolution. The role also owns travel counselor tools and collaborates with development, QA, and release management teams on enhancements and process improvements.

Designs, develops, tests, maintains, and optimizes software automations and features in a Scrum environment. Resolves technical issues, improves system performance and scalability, collaborates with cross-functional engineering partners, maintains existing systems, proposes product enhancements, and evaluates emerging technologies. The role requires strong Python engineering, modular development, CI/CD, unit testing, TDD, and clean-code practices.
