Develop and close new business for Amex GBT’s travel software and services. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, executive presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, RFP responses, contract negotiation, onboarding coordination, revenue growth, target achievement, and maintaining prospect records. The role requires consultative SaaS sales experience, strong networking and analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and 25–50% travel while working remotely.

Supports workforce management scheduling and real-time operations, including schedule posting, exception processing, training and overtime scheduling, mailbox management, queue monitoring, and real-time skill changes. Maintains WFM data integrity, balances staffing and service levels, recommends voluntary time off and overtime, presents KPI and staffing results, and partners with forecasting teams. Requires rotational UK and US shifts, including 24/7 availability.

Processes event-based contracts electronically, verifies payment information and policy compliance, enters contract details, educates stakeholders and vendors on procurement requirements, and coordinates approvals with procurement and legal teams. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and proficiency with computer applications. It is a virtual position based in India, preferably Mumbai, Gurgaon, or Bangalore, with an early start time to support global customers.
