As a Senior Travel Counsellor, you will advise corporate clients on travel arrangements, conduct research on options, and ensure compliance with travel policies, leveraging Global Distribution Systems for bookings and customer service.

Provide post-event billing reconciliation, vendor coordination, and data administration for Meetings & Events. Collect, validate, update and reconcile event data across internal and customer applications, track budgets, identify missing invoices, resolve reconciliation issues, and ensure timely event close-outs to meet SLAs and KPIs while supporting meeting planners.
