As a Senior Travel Counsellor, you will advise corporate clients on travel arrangements, conduct research on options, and ensure compliance with travel policies, leveraging Global Distribution Systems for bookings and customer service.

Provide post-event billing reconciliation, vendor coordination, and data administration for Meetings & Events. Collect, validate, update and reconcile event data across internal and customer applications, track budgets, identify missing invoices, resolve reconciliation issues, and ensure timely event close-outs to meet SLAs and KPIs while supporting meeting planners.

Work on a SCRUM team to design, develop, test, maintain, and optimize automations and features. Troubleshoot application issues, propose product improvements, collaborate with engineers and designers, and experiment with emerging technologies.

Provide post-event billing reconciliation, vendor coordination, and data administration for Meetings & Events. Collect, validate, update and reconcile event budget and spend across internal/customer applications, ensuring data integrity, SLA/KPI compliance, and timely event closures. Communicate with stakeholders, track budget items, resolve reconciliation errors, and support Meeting Planners.

Lead operational integrity, governance and stability of the OneStream FP&A platform. Own platform health, upgrades, metadata management, reconciliations with source systems, SOX/ITGC controls, change governance, vendor management, and team capability building to reduce external dependency.

Design, build, and maintain Okta-based identity and access management (SSO/MFA) solutions. Integrate and migrate applications to SAML/OIDC/OAuth, implement and troubleshoot Okta Access Gateway, develop Okta APIs and custom integrations, lead Okta upgrades, produce IAM metrics, and provide technical leadership across development, infrastructure, and service teams.

Build and maintain call center forecasting models (long- and short-range) using historical data and BI to predict contact volumes and AHT. Produce daily, weekly and period forecasts, coordinate staffing recommendations, present results, support process improvements, and maintain models in Anaplan and Excel.
