Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud-native CI/CD pipelines with integrated security testing (SAST/DAST/SCA), deploy API security and container scanning, guide developers on secure coding, ensure compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC 2), mentor engineers, and support cloud-native security (IAM, encryption, secrets management).

Produce and maintain short- and long-term call center forecasts using econometric and historical data, update forecasting models in Anaplan/Excel, coordinate staffing reviews, analyze process improvements, present results, and partner with operations and customer service to optimize productivity.

Support Meeting & Events teams by handling post-event billing reconciliation, vendor coordination, and data administration tasks. Responsibilities include budget review, data validation, and managing technology platforms for data integrity.

Manage enterprise travel accounts across multiple regions: conduct discovery and strategy sessions with C-suite stakeholders, build ROI-driven proposals, negotiate multi-party contracts, collaborate with internal teams to design multi-market travel programs, monitor market trends, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining client relationships and ethical standards.
