Curate and structure complex financial data for AI model training, fine-tuning, and benchmarking. Evaluate model outputs, identify edge cases and hallucinations, test products, support releases, and provide feedback to improve evaluation tools, workflows, and data pipelines. The role requires strong financial knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical and financial issues to AI research engineers.

Leads curation, structuring, benchmarking, and quality validation of financial datasets used to train and evaluate LLMs. Reviews model behavior, diagnoses edge cases and hallucination risks, establishes annotation guidelines, improves data pipelines and internal tools, and serves as the final accuracy gatekeeper for GenAI features. Communicates financial and technical nuances to research engineers and stakeholders while tracking project progress and emerging AI and financial data trends.

The Content Analyst role involves researching and onboarding content, ensuring quality control, and providing content-related support to clients. You'll collaboratively work with product managers, software engineers, and content vendors to enhance AlphaSense's content offerings and resolve content issues.
