As a Content Analyst, you'll enhance AlphaSense financial content by evaluating and onboarding new data, monitoring content quality, and supporting content-related inquiries. A background in financial data collection and strong analytical skills is preferred.

Lead test strategy and automation across UI, API, and GraphQL. Build and evolve automation frameworks, integrate AI/LLM evaluation, optimize CI/CD test pipelines, implement performance and monitoring solutions, and mentor QE engineers to embed shift-left quality practices.

Deliver high-quality employee experience across the lifecycle by handling People Operations inquiries, tier 1 support, onboarding/offboarding processing in HCM, maintaining HR data integrity, creating requisitions, assisting compliance reporting, and supporting People team initiatives.

Own the Events & Transcripts content data pipeline: define requirements, refine collection and deduplication tools with engineering, ensure data integrity and methodology, launch content to market, produce documentation and training, and deliver competitive intelligence to evolve product vision.

Own end-to-end evidence collection, auditor engagement, control testing, and policy governance for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001. Build AI-augmented, automated compliance workflows, support AI governance and emerging regulation, and partner cross-functionally to keep controls audit-ready and remediations tracked to closure.

Design, implement, and mature a quantitative-leaning enterprise risk program spanning information security, AI, and operational risk. Own the living risk register, run cross-functional risk identification, leverage AI to monitor and analyze risk, support TPRM, produce executive reporting, and embed risk controls and KRIs into live data sources and workflows.

The Staff Software Engineer will set technical direction, design scalable systems, leverage AI tools, and mentor other engineers while driving cross-team initiatives at AlphaSense.
