Leads technical estimation and proposal activities for ceramic fiber, refractory, and thermal insulation projects. Responsibilities include product selection, application design, site and project support, material take-offs, cost estimation, tender reviews, technical clarifications, customer and EPC coordination, value engineering, proposal documentation, market analysis, product development support, and mentoring junior engineers.

Leads application engineering for high-temperature insulation and refractory solutions. Designs lining systems, prepares engineering drawings and material take-offs, performs thermal calculations, selects materials, and supports site surveys, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and failure analysis. Engages customers through presentations and training, collaborates with sales, marketing, R&D, and engineering teams, supports product development, creates technical documentation, and mentors junior engineers.
