The role requires supporting US time zones and working evening hours several times weekly.

Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based CI/CD solutions using Jenkins. Manage build environments, operating systems, software, and multiple AWS accounts. Collaborate across teams to develop DevOps solutions, promote agile practices, and troubleshoot CI and production issues. The role also involves applying AI tools, coding assistants, agents, MCPs, and agentic SDLC practices to improve testing, troubleshooting, and workflows.

Lead enterprise customer deployments from presales through go-live and stabilization. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, handover to Customer Success, and achievement of business value. Support presales, drive governance, and improve delivery processes using tools, automation, and AI.
