The Services Analyst develops financial forecasts, assists in monthly reporting, manages costs and budgets, and designs user-friendly reporting solutions through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.

Designs and implements scalable Akamai and Linode cloud solutions for enterprise customers. Partners with account, engineering, security, and delivery teams to support cloud transformations, architect IaaS environments, analyze application components, and develop service-oriented architectures, APIs, and web services. Provides technical thought leadership, aligns cloud investments with business strategy, and drives adoption of cloud compute products across complex enterprise environments.

Develop backend services and APIs for enterprise AI and agentic platforms. Build MCP servers, authentication and authorization frameworks, API governance capabilities, and orchestration workflows. Integrate tools, data sources, agents, and LLMs while securing and governing production systems. Collaborate with architecture, security, and platform teams to deliver scalable AI infrastructure.
