Owns technical workstreams from discovery through deployment, designs pipelines and integrations, modernizes legacy data environments, applies testing and governance practices, troubleshoots complex issues, and ensures production readiness. The consultant conducts workshops, creates reusable platform capabilities, enables responsible AI adoption, mentors engineers, supports proposals and pre-sales, and ensures secure, reliable, governed, and cost-effective production solutions.

Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM and Service Portal solutions, perform integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server), maintain Discovery and CMDB, develop and optimize server/client scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies), run workshops/demos, translate client requirements into user stories, mentor junior developers, and participate in Agile delivery cycles.

Lead end-to-end cloud and platform engineering consulting engagements, owning scope, governance, client relationships, delivery quality, and executive outcomes. Manage and coach a 2–3 person engineering pod, oversee staffing and utilization, conduct multi-cloud technical discovery, and develop prioritized recommendations and roadmaps. Evolve Rapid Solutions offerings, playbooks, templates, and delivery standards while applying AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and insight.

Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise routing, switching, BGP, wireless, and network access control solutions. Conduct Ekahau site surveys and predictive designs, deploy and troubleshoot Cisco ISE, produce design and implementation documentation, run discovery and design workshops, mentor junior consultants, and support presales and project delivery activities.

Lead design, deployment, and support of large-scale data center SDN solutions (Cisco ACI, VxLAN, VMware NSX). Serve as SME, run client workshops, produce deliverables, ensure knowledge transfer, and align architectures to business goals while maintaining certifications.
