Lead advanced FEA/CFD and multiphysics simulations for power-generation equipment. Develop and validate numerical models, evaluate structural, thermal, vibration and fatigue performance, support design optimization, conduct root-cause failure analysis, and prepare technical reports ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Design mechanical systems and subsystems for diesel/gas generator packages, produce technical drawings and BOMs, perform FEA/CFD and other mechanical analyses, ensure compliance with international standards, support prototypes, FAT, commissioning, and collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and service teams.

The Finance Manager will oversee financial records, reporting, budgeting, cash management, compliance, and provide strategic financial support to operational teams.
