As a BIM Specialist - Mechanical, you will create and manage BIM models for mechanical systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while improving BIM workflows and collaborating with project teams.

Lead and deliver complex civil and hydraulics site development projects including grading, stormwater and sanitary drainage, road and pavement design, underground services coordination, and tankage layouts. Manage cross-disciplinary BIM coordination, client interactions, and mentor project teams while applying Indian codes and industry modeling software.

Create accurate 3D BIM models, produce annotated drawings, manage sheet sets and revisions, geo-locate multiple models, create renderings, use Navisworks for multi-discipline collaboration, coordinate with engineers/clients, and develop BIM best practices.
