Performs defined engineering assignments using established procedures, gathers and analyzes engineering data, completes calculations and routine tests, identifies discrepancies, proposes solutions, and guides entry-level engineers. Works within assigned budgets and schedules under moderate supervision.

Leads electrical engineering design for water, wastewater, and desalination projects. Develops electrical distribution systems, calculations, equipment sizing, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, control philosophies, lighting designs, and system studies. Coordinates multidisciplinary deliverables, supports bids, manages schedules and budgets, ensures quality standards, and provides technical guidance to junior engineers. Requires extensive wastewater industry experience and expertise with HV/LV systems and electrical modeling software.

Designs HV, EHV, and MV AIS/GIS substations from concept through detailed engineering. Responsibilities include electrical calculations, equipment sizing and specifications, SLDs, layouts, grounding and lightning protection, cable systems, technical reports, vendor drawing reviews, bid evaluations, and procurement support while ensuring compliance with IEC, IEEE, and CEA standards.

Provides regional technical leadership for data center architecture and infrastructure design. Develops architectural standards, operating procedures, scalable solutions, and strategic plans; leads technical teams; resolves complex infrastructure problems; supports major projects; builds client relationships; and partners with business development on proposals. Requires deep expertise in data center design, networking, storage, compute, cloud, virtualization, hybrid environments, and industry standards.

Develops and maintains BIM models for public health engineering and fire protection systems. Coordinates models with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, ELV, and interior disciplines; performs clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks; resolves coordination issues; follows BIM execution plans and client standards; and provides technical support and training to design staff while producing project drawings and meeting deadlines.

Designs process mechanical systems for semiconductor and battery fabrication facilities, including exhaust, vacuum, compressed dry air, process cooling water, piping, ducting, and equipment layouts. Performs flow, hydraulic, and equipment sizing calculations; develops technical documentation; reviews vendor materials; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; ensures compliance with industry standards; and guides junior engineers. The role requires extensive FAB design experience, cleanroom knowledge, and proficiency with engineering and BIM software.

Supports and leads proposals from capture through interview stages, coordinating schedules, templates, compliance, content, production, reviews, and revisions. Develops proposal materials, resumes, past performance sections, case studies, and capability summaries. Participates in bid decisions, capture planning, debriefs, and continuous improvement while coordinating with technical, operations, business development, and legal teams. Provides guidance to entry-level proposal staff and ensures quality and approval procedures are followed.

Manage cross-disciplinary BIM coordination, client interactions, and mentor project teams while applying Indian codes and industry modeling software.
