Performs defined portions of mechanical engineering assignments, gathers and analyzes basic engineering data, completes calculations and routine tests, proposes solutions, identifies discrepancies, and provides guidance to entry-level engineers under moderate supervision while meeting budget and schedule requirements.

Leads electrical engineering design for global water, wastewater, and desalination projects. Produces design bases, load schedules, cable schedules, single-line diagrams, control philosophies, equipment specifications, and electrical system studies. Performs equipment sizing, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, load-flow, short-circuit, motor-starting, and relay-setting analyses. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, supports bids, reviews deliverables, manages budgets and milestones, ensures quality standards, and mentors junior engineers.

Supports and leads proposals from capture through interview, coordinating schedules, templates, compliance, content, production, and revisions. Develops and edits proposal materials, facilitates review teams, contributes to go/no-go and capture planning, conducts debriefs, and applies client feedback for continuous improvement. Partners with technical, operations, business development, and business line teams on case studies, project sheets, and capability summaries while mentoring entry-level proposal staff.

Lead and deliver complex civil and hydraulics site development projects including grading, stormwater and sanitary drainage, road and pavement design, underground services coordination, and tankage layouts. Manage cross-disciplinary BIM coordination, client interactions, and mentor project teams while applying Indian codes and industry modeling software.
