The Internal Control Specialist will manage and strengthen internal control frameworks, evaluate risks, support audits, and collaborate globally to enhance Adyen India's operations.

Lead the Payments Partnerships team, managing relationships and driving initiatives with payment partners while mentoring team members and shaping the strategy.

Provide senior legal and regulatory guidance on India payments law and RBI requirements; operationalize compliance, manage regulatory filings and relationships, advise Product/Tech and commercial teams, negotiate agreements, lead cross-functional regulatory projects, and mentor junior team members.
