Leads contract administration for urban redevelopment and infrastructure projects, including contract lifecycle tracking, documentation, compliance verification, claims and dispute support, change orders, risk monitoring, milestone tracking, and coordination with contractors, consultants, legal, finance, engineering, and site teams. Maintains audit-ready records, prepares contract reporting, supports arbitration documentation, and promotes contractual discipline across project sites.

Leads MEP estimation and cost planning for data center and other major construction projects. Reviews drawings, BOQs, specifications, and design inputs; performs quantity take-offs; prepares detailed estimates, tender pricing, and techno-commercial proposals. Coordinates with vendors, subcontractors, design, procurement, finance, and commercial teams. Supports bid reviews, cost benchmarking, value engineering, change orders, budget revisions, and risk analysis across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, ELV, and BMS systems.

Lead data center projects from initiation through closure while overseeing contract development, negotiation, execution, compliance, risk mitigation, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and budget performance. Build and mentor high-performing teams, establish KPIs, improve processes, strengthen vendor and contractor relationships, and promote digital and AI-driven innovation.
