Lead architecture and hands-on development of Accrete’s AI Platform across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and platform services. Build scalable APIs, AI agent orchestration infrastructure, developer tools, data integrations, and production AI/ML systems. Drive technical direction, reliability, security, performance, observability, and cloud-native operations while mentoring engineers and owning initiatives from architecture through deployment and iteration.

Build end-to-end frontend and backend features for an AI platform: design scalable APIs, integrate ML models, build user interfaces, improve reliability and performance, and own projects from concept through deployment.

As a Staff Engineer, you will design and build cloud-native systems using Python and microservices architecture, focusing on AI-native solutions and data pipelines while collaborating cross-functionally.
