Lead quality assurance for agentic AI platforms, models, and cross-product workflows. Design Python and JavaScript/TypeScript automation frameworks, validate non-deterministic AI outputs, test APIs and agent pipelines, perform performance testing, and build AI evaluation and regression capabilities. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to define test strategies, monitor quality metrics, identify scalability risks, and support release readiness.

Lead Accrete’s India market entry and growth by developing go-to-market strategy, building executive relationships, establishing strategic partnerships, and generating enterprise pipeline. Own complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure, while leading pitches, proposals, pilots, forecasting, and account expansion. Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, legal, finance, and leadership teams to localize offerings and convert market opportunities into long-term enterprise engagements.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of Accrete’s AI Platform across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and platform services. Build scalable APIs, AI agent orchestration infrastructure, developer tools, data integrations, and production AI/ML systems. Drive technical direction, reliability, security, performance, observability, and cloud-native operations while mentoring engineers and owning initiatives from architecture through deployment and iteration.

Build end-to-end frontend and backend features for an AI platform: design scalable APIs, integrate ML models, build user interfaces, improve reliability and performance, and own projects from concept through deployment.

As a Staff Engineer, you will design and build cloud-native systems using Python and microservices architecture, focusing on AI-native solutions and data pipelines while collaborating cross-functionally.
