Serve as an SME Application Support Engineer troubleshooting and resolving issues across Databricks-based data platforms and distributed data pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, advise on system design and performance, mentor junior engineers, and ensure stability and continuity of critical business systems.

Provide application-level support for production ML systems: build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment), monitor model performance and data drift, collaborate with data scientists/engineers, and implement CI/CD and cloud-based solutions to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency.

Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions as a Java full-stack SME. Lead and mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, make technical decisions, ensure scalable high-performance systems, follow agile practices, and implement best practices for code quality and productivity.
