Support accounts receivable for Electrification distribution: manage collections and disputes, reconcile accounts and month-end activities, contact customers on overdue invoices, circulate statements and dunning letters, maintain SAP records (including Dispute Management), resolve billing discrepancies and audit queries, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Implement product marketing strategy for LV switchgear in assigned market, drive sales and services support, execute annual marketing plans, develop business plans, achieve targets and improve NPS, and provide product knowledge and training to sales.

Lead sales strategy and execution for analytical products (gas, liquid, water analyzers) in India. Drive order, revenue, and market-share growth; manage key negotiations, pricing, and contracts; build and mentor a high-performing sales team; collaborate across functions to improve customer engagement, portfolio management, and go-to-market effectiveness.
