The role involves supporting banking applications, managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues, executing SQL queries, and facilitating communication between teams.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, architect scalable cloud-based platforms, integrate LLM/RAG/agentic systems, implement MLOps and governance, and mentor teams while driving AI strategy with stakeholders.

Lead technical direction and implementation across the team from design through deployment. Oversee architecture, repository management, code reviews, and complex bug fixes. Collaborate with product and design, ensure secure performant solutions, mentor engineers, and promote best practices in Agile delivery and enterprise-scale system design.
