The internship provides mentorship, exposure to D2C brands and performance marketing, and potential full-time employment.

Own performance marketing strategy and growth for multiple D2C e-commerce accounts across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Manage budgets, campaigns, testing, attribution, reporting, and business metrics including ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, and conversion rates. Lead client relationships, performance reviews, strategic recommendations, and account expansion. Mentor junior marketers, coordinate with creative and analytics teams, and independently manage multiple accounts and stakeholders.

Edit short-form, performance-driven videos and motion graphics for social platforms; turn raw footage, UGC, product assets, and AI visuals into high-retention, conversion-focused ad creatives using animation, sound design, and rapid iteration with marketing teams.
