Translate business requirements into high-value platform solutions, guide cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure enterprise standards. Develop custom Service Portal pages and widgets using JavaScript and native ServiceNow modules.

Develop and maintain complex .NET applications, primarily using C# and SQL, while supporting the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include system design, coding, unit and integration testing, version control, technical reviews, production support, incident troubleshooting, security reviews, and collaboration with IT teams to ensure system stability and maintainability. The role also requires JCL job development and participation in weekend or off-hours support rotations.

Develop and maintain complex applications, systems, and deployment scripts. Responsibilities include coding, testing, documentation, software installation and integration, technical application support, production deployment, user training, and monitoring service performance. The role requires cloud and DevOps exposure across AWS or Azure, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, automation, observability, repositories, and application support tools. Candidates must reside in Mumbai or be willing to relocate.
