Support hospital operations through program management, business analysis, performance tracking, dashboards, MIS reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Analyze revenue, patient volumes, occupancy, collections, referrals, and other KPIs; identify operational gaps; drive process improvements; define project milestones; track action items; develop SOPs and process maps; and provide data-backed insights to hospital leadership.

Manage relationships with TPAs, insurers, corporate clients, and institutional partners for hospital operations. Oversee cashless approvals, pre-authorizations, claims, billing documentation, collections, and receivables from admission through discharge. Coordinate with clinical, finance, billing, and front-office teams; resolve claim discrepancies and escalations; monitor tariffs and contracts; support negotiations and renewals; prepare MIS reports; and develop new corporate and insurance partnerships.

Drives business growth through new and existing TPA, insurance, and corporate partnerships. Responsibilities include onboarding, renewals, account management, corporate tie-ups, commercial negotiations, stakeholder relationship building, and generating revenue or patient volumes. The role tracks partnership performance, improves commercial terms, converts prospects into active accounts, and increases business from existing partners.
