Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding, candidate pipeline management, and talent-pool development. Partner with department heads to define hiring needs, maintain recruitment trackers, monitor hiring metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role requires healthcare recruitment experience, strong sourcing and communication skills, and proficiency with ATS tools and Microsoft Office.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate pipeline management. Coordinate hiring requirements with department heads, maintain recruitment trackers, build talent pools, ensure positive candidate experiences, and monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer-to-joining ratios.

Manages front desk reception, visitor access, meeting room bookings, office supplies, petty cash, courier registers, documentation, housekeeping, building coordination, vendors, maintenance, and recurring expense tracking. Serves as the professional face of the office while ensuring smooth daily operations, cleanliness, inventory replenishment, and administrative reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional weekend availability required.
