Zinc, a company offering services for study abroad education financing, announced a $25.5 million seed round led by investor Nexus Venture Partners, according to reporting by India Education Diary. The company offers AI-powered counseling solutions to help families create and calculate personalized financial plans for their children’s international education. 

Zinc aims to help families build edu-wealth, a concept it defines as a financial foundation geared toward meeting the rising costs of overseas education, the article mentioned. Its offerings include Zinc Honors, a suite of products designed to offer end-to-end support and guidance to young learners.

Backed by its fresh capital, Zinc will invest in product development, working to build out global investment tools, AI-powered university counseling and cross-border payment solutions.
