The Tata Group, India’s largest business conglomerate, has a new e-commerce venture in the works called Neu Flash, according to reporting by The Economic Times. It seeks to meet the growing demand for quick commerce in metropolitan areas. Neu Flash will initially focus on delivering groceries, electronics and fashion, with plans to expand its offerings in the future.

Neu Flash will leverage BigBasket for grocery deliveries, while electronics will be handled by Croma, and fashion and lifestyle products by Tata CLiQ. All three brands — BigBasket, Croma and Tata CLiQ — are part of the Tata Group.

This launch aims to help Tata stay competitive against major players in digital commerce. According to The Economic Times, quick commerce is outpacing modern retail chains, leading to a rise in consumer platforms that promise delivery of groceries and other products in under 20 minutes.
