Responsible for supporting ongoing operations tasks and incidents within the IAM framework. Involves platform optimization, logging & auditing enhancements, and implementing new solutions in the IAM space. Requires scripting knowledge in Unix/Perl and experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, SiteScope, etc.

Responsible for leading application development in AWS environment, designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software solutions. Provide technical guidance, evaluate alternative solutions, and support application issues. Coordinate with onshore and offshore team members, recommend solutions for application stability, and handle production incidents. Mentor interns and new joiners, monitor and report issues for quick resolution.

Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to a team of Operations professionals in the Service & Operations line of Business. Responsible for leading a team to ensure effective service level adherence, managing operational issues, coordinating with counterparts, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, and tracking team performance.
