Negotiate and manage end-to-end OTC derivatives documentation under ISDA (Master Agreement, CSAs, Schedules). Liaise with legal, credit, compliance, front office and operations, manage deal pipeline, ensure regulatory compliance (EMIR, Dodd-Frank, RBI/SEBI), support onboarding/KYC, and contribute to documentation standardisation and industry initiatives (ISDA SIMM, UMR, IBOR).
