Leads Roche’s Business Applications and after-sales support team, overseeing service strategy, customer experience, budgets, spare-parts inventory, CRM updates, regulatory compliance, and global initiatives. The role manages direct and distributor teams, develops technical capabilities, supports Sales and Marketing, coordinates with APAC and global stakeholders, and builds a customer-centric culture. It requires strong leadership, communication, commercial awareness, problem-solving, and willingness to travel interstate and internationally.

Lead operational and tactical procurement activities, ensuring compliant and efficient end-to-end purchasing and purchase-to-pay operations. Maintain SAP material and supplier master data, execute workflows, resolve issues, mentor junior specialists, manage performance metrics, support policy compliance, and identify process improvements. Serve as an internal consultant on procurement systems and processes while collaborating with global stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
