The Lead Solutions Engineer at Dynatrace will provide technical support to the sales team, demonstrate product capabilities, manage POCs, and engage with customers to promote sales and gather feedback for product improvement.

Manage 3–5 existing enterprise accounts and 5–8 prospects (15 total) using a land-and-expand approach. Drive new-logo acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, develop territory plans, engage C-level stakeholders, coordinate with sales engineering, marketing, legal and finance, run demos and events, and ensure successful customer implementations.
