The role requires telecom Core and Cloud delivery expertise, virtualized and containerized network function experience, deployment automation, executive communication, and strong customer and financial management skills.

Leads Ericsson Network Rollout service-line build and end-to-end delivery for large-scale telecom programs. Oversees technical solutioning, resource and vendor management, automation, budgets, profitability, quality, safety compliance, customer escalations, and acceptance. Provides technical leadership across multi-vendor RAN, transport, microwave, optical, and 4G/5G modernization, swap, migration, and integration programs while developing delivery models, capabilities, KPIs, and organizational competence.
