Establish KPIs, prioritize enhancements, oversee support, and guide AI-enabled CLM capabilities including Amazon Quick Agents and contract analytics.

Owns business requirements, portfolio visibility, governance, BPO performance, digital adoption, and value realization. Lead SAP-informed solution design, roadmap development, transformation initiatives, analytics, AI-enabled service capabilities, testing, and vendor/SI partner management. Collaborate with business, architecture, integration, data, product, and delivery teams to improve customer service effectiveness, exception handling, visibility, and operational performance.

Owns the enterprise Workday Performance Management product vision, roadmap, backlog, solution design, release readiness, and continuous improvement. Partners with HR leaders and technology teams to deliver scalable employee experiences, standardize and automate processes, drive adoption, and ensure data protection compliance.
