Support private markets and alternatives middle/back-office operations: reconcile IBOR data, manage settlements and exceptions, analyze legal documentation, engage with clients and counterparties, drive process automation, and maintain controls to mitigate operational risk.

Lead and own the end-to-end asset reconciliation operating model, risk and control framework, and strategic transformation to improve automation, data quality, and operational resilience. Oversee exception resolution, governance, service levels, stakeholder engagement, and talent development to ensure scalable, timely, and auditable reconciliation across multiple asset classes.
