Provides L1/L2 application production support for financial products and services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical and data issues, monitoring applications, managing incidents and service requests, communicating resolutions, maintaining knowledge bases, improving software supportability, and coordinating with global teams. The role requires ownership of ticket queues, SQL debugging, service desk tool experience, and technical knowledge of .NET, Python, AWS, JavaScript, and relational databases.

Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud environments. Configure automations, security, integrations, custom objects, workflows, and validation rules; troubleshoot issues; support users; document processes; and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. The role also evaluates Salesforce releases, leads system enhancements, and serves as a resource for other administrators.

Manage and maintain Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, develop and maintain JQL, support Linux/Windows systems, assist with Active Directory and Office 365 apps, troubleshoot platform issues, and participate in an on-call rotation.
