Partner with internal teams, custodians, administrators, and clients to resolve complex issues. Develop organizational capacity through coaching, succession planning, talent development, and resource allocation, while communicating risks and performance to senior leadership.

Perform monthly and quarterly fund closings, NAV and GAAP financial statement preparation and review, reconcile books with administrators, prepare partner capital statements, capital calls and distributions, expense accruals, investor reporting and ad hoc analyses, and support fund setup and operations.

Supports capital deployment, liquidity management, deal closings, and investment operations for private credit portfolios. Manages private rating requests with Fitch, Moody’s, S&P, and KBRA; oversees PPN and CUSIP workflows; maintains transaction and ratings data; coordinates rating agency communications; administers invoices and fees; and supports insurance portfolio reporting and analysis.
