Work with Operations teams to identify manual, repetitive processes and build scalable automations using Alteryx and UiPath. Design, develop, test, and deploy workflows, integrate with Excel/Power BI/SharePoint, produce documentation and runbooks, and support handover to business-as-usual teams to improve efficiency, controls, and reduce operational risk.

Designs and maintains scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript. Tests AI-powered applications, LLMs, agentic workflows, prompts, and autonomous agent behavior. Develops evaluation frameworks for response quality, accuracy, safety, reliability, and performance. Automates functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing, integrates suites into CI/CD pipelines, tracks defects, prepares quality metrics, and mentors junior QA engineers.

Test functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios for AI-powered applications, including LLMs, AI agents, prompts, and autonomous workflows. The role may involve independently driving or leading UAT activities depending on experience level, with optional exposure to Selenium or Playwright automation and banking, financial services, or insurance domains.
