Design and produce rating reports, research, and publications: lay out and format documents, create graphics, manage large InDesign/PDF production, run workshops, update templates, and proof final documents for accuracy.

Design end-to-end user experiences and tools for data operations: conduct user research and analysis, define journeys and flows, create prototypes and final designs, collaborate with product and engineering, evolve design systems, measure outcomes, and drive product improvements and strategic priorities.

As a Lead UX Designer, you will drive user-centered design, collaborate with teams on product improvements, conduct user research, and create scalable design solutions. You'll also create prototypes and communicate design concepts effectively.
