Lead a 300-400 FTE Mumbai data operations organization delivering high-fidelity ESG & Climate datasets. Drive consolidation of global operations into Mumbai, deploy AI-native automation, re-engineer production workflows, strengthen data governance, and improve quality, throughput and unit economics. Partner with Product, Technology and Research to implement enterprise-wide quality frameworks, scorecards and audit controls while ensuring continuity of client delivery during transformation.

Lead index reconstitution, rebalancing, and methodology implementation across asset classes; manage a global quantitative team; drive data quality, automation, and AI-enabled analytics; engage stakeholders and support client communications.

Validate, maintain, and onboard equity and cross-asset research data for index construction. Implement data validation checks, perform monthly and historical data QA, run UAT for pipelines, build data dictionaries and dashboards, automate processes, and collaborate with vendors, engineering, and research to resolve data issues.

Collect, validate, and manage fund and portfolio data from vendors; resolve data issues with product and technical teams; maintain vendor relationships; improve data collection and QA using LSS tools; support database integration and related projects; meet KPIs and SMART goals while working shifts in a hybrid environment.
