Develop thematic, strategic beta, ESG, and other rules-based investment indexes from ideation through launch. Responsibilities include index design, portfolio construction, validation, analytics tool development, collaboration with research and product teams, methodology operationalization, and preparation of white papers, factsheets, and client presentations.

Analyze business and data requirements, identify data issues, design data flows and interfaces, develop backend logic, assess solution feasibility and impacts, improve data quality, document methodologies, and coordinate implementation with global data, technology, and operations teams.

Build and maintain enterprise data pipelines, ELT processes, data models, reporting structures, and analytics solutions. Cleanse, deduplicate, normalize, and govern data across warehouses and data lakes, including Snowflake. Develop dashboards and business intelligence models, ensure data quality and compliance, apply business logic, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver accurate insights and improve operational performance.

Collect, validate, and manage fund and portfolio data from vendors; resolve data issues with product and technical teams; maintain vendor relationships; improve data collection and QA using LSS tools; support database integration and related projects; meet KPIs and SMART goals while working shifts in a hybrid environment.

Develop and launch benchmark indexes across asset classes: validate and curate data, design methodologies, collaborate with research and product teams, and operationalize index implementations throughout the product lifecycle.
