Lead global end-to-end data migration and transformation across S/4 and o9 programs. Define target architecture and data models, oversee SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration using DMLT, master data management with SAP MDG and PEGA, ensure data integration, quality, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. Manage cross-functional teams, delivery governance, budgets, stakeholders, and capability building across multi-region programs.

Partner with business leaders to execute analytics agenda, develop custom models/algorithms, support self-service analytics and citizen data scientist competency, identify external partners, and deliver data visualizations and analytics-driven recommendations to improve long-term business performance.

Lead the Growth Analytics sub-team to provide prescriptive analytics for business growth in India, focusing on marketing optimization, pricing strategies, and comprehensive forecasting.
