The Technical Specialist, Level II will provide support for Morningstar Enterprise Products & Data Platforms by resolving client issues, documenting actions in Salesforce, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining knowledge of product features. They will assist in improving processes and uphold excellent customer service.

The Implementation Consultant will engage with clients to implement Morningstar's financial advice software, focusing on technical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities include data migration, CRM management, project management, client onboarding, and training clients on the software to enhance their use and understanding of the system.
