JLL point of contact for all operational requirements specific to Netflix India including but not limited to hard/technical services, soft services and hospitality and experience services. Manages a team of JLL facilities and hospitality professionals in Mumbai and Hyderabad. Will oversee New Delhi but contact and support anticipated to be low/light touch. This role is responsible for:
Inspire & Lead: Inspire and lead a diverse, cross-functional team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation that consistently exceeds expectations. Drive high impact initiatives that enhance the Netflix workplace experience, aligning with our unique culture and business objectives.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between the facilities team, employees, and other internal departments. Provide clear and timely updates on maintenance activities, project timelines, and service outages.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Hospitality Lead, F&B Lead, and other service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive workplace experience.
Champion Change: Challenge the status quo and champion continuous improvement. Navigate complex business changes with agility, identifying and implementing creative solutions that support Netflix's vision and evolving needs.
Industry Expertise: Leverage a strong background in entertainment or a similar fast-paced industry. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of Netflix's business and operating nuances, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
Compelling Communication: Craft compelling narratives and effectively influence diverse stakeholders, from Netflix leaders to external vendors and partners. Your communication skills will be key to driving alignment and achieving strategic goals.
Hospitality & Service: Bring a genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in setting the standard for service excellence throughout the workplace
