The role:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Talent and Performance Consultant with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Talent and Performance Management modules, along with a solid understanding of Core HCM. This role involves configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday Talent and Performance solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and enhance Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Support system testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide ongoing Workday system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Work closely with HR teams to ensure optimal utilization of Workday functionalities.
- Maintain and update business processes related to Talent and Performance Management.
- Assist in Core HCM functionalities related to Talent and Performance initiatives.
- Configure and support Performance Review processes, including goal setting, self-assessments, manager reviews, and peer feedback.
- Implement and manage Calibration processes to ensure fair and consistent performance assessments across the organization.
- Optimize Workday Talent functionalities such as Feedback, Career Profiles, and Mentorship programs.
- Implement templates for structured Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and disciplinary processes within Workday performance management.
- Develop, manage, and automate PIP and Disciplinary Action workflows in Workday to streamline compliance and HR best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support as needed.
- Stay updated on Workday best practices and new feature releases.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Workday Talent and Performance Management.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
- Experience in Workday business process configuration and security setup.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday certification in Talent and Performance Management (preferred).
- Experience in report writing using Workday Reporting tools (a plus).
