Workday Product Analyst

• Strong experience in supporting, configuring core modules like HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Advance Compensation and Benefits
• Strong experience in configuring Workday Security, SOX related activities and reporting.
• Experience in configuring Advance Compensation for Quarterly and Annual Performance management.
• Experience in optimizing BPs and solutions to automate manual tasks.
• Partner with business teams to ensure requirements are well documented and understood.
• Documentation of processes, workflows to maintain knowledge base.
• Identify proactively business gaps/manual touch points for optimization/automations  
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and colleagues in different time zones.
