We are seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to design and deliver scalable, impactful technology solutions for the People & Culture (HR) function. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise wide Systems Programming, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the complete lifecycle of Workday integrations, from initial research to delivery and ongoing support
- Acting as a subject matter expert for complex integration scenarios and creating detailed specifications, field mappings, and user-centered solutions
- Delivering Workday integration projects using agile methodologies to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives
- Addressing integration issues through root cause analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams for alignment and success
- Overseeing system data flows while ensuring compliance and performing rigorous testing for high-quality, error-free integrations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Tech Stack (PECI, PICOF, Studio, CCWs, RaaS, WWS) and at least one full Workday implementation
- Extensive experience in developing custom reports, calculated fields, and integrating Workday with third-party service vendors
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale Workday integration projects successfully
- Demonstrated expertise working effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Expertise in Greenhouse and Dayforce, with experience leading integrations and data migrations for 1+ HRIS platform implementations
- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD and working with ATS and HCM business processes (e.g., Eightfold, Phenom)
- Strong understanding of HR operations and hands-on proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms
