- Maximum of 4 years of experience in HCM/Finance platform – SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft
- Solid understanding of HCM concepts, data model
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
- Preferred location – Pune or Hyderabad – No remote option
