Role & Responsibilities:
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Design and develop complex Workday HCM solutions

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs

Provide support and guidance to Workday users
-
Validate and challenge solutions that functional or technical teams are presenting that may not align to project guidelines, guiding principles

Guide business users to review and leverage changes in Workday releases
-
Coordinate the planning and execution of new Workday releases and enhancements
-
Drive towards Workday best practices for system architecture, design, and build across HCM ecosystem and integrated enterprise business systems to maximum the value of Workday

Assess current systems and utilization; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of Workday HCM

Collaborate closely with other architects and peers across the organization to leverage knowledge, other solutions, and best practice

Mentor and guide more junior colleagues for solutioning and testing

Coordinate and collaborate with Workday security, reporting and technical team
Skills Required:
-
Workday configuration experience with a general understanding of all Workday HCM Modules
-
Understand the full Workday HCM landscape and their interactions with other systems
-
Understanding of Workday Heat maps and processes

Experience with Workday Community, case management
-
Experience with service delivery, evolving the customer experience, process optimization and leveraging new technology solutions

Experience with developing process flow and system design documents

Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of employees and management

Ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business user

Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
