Role: Workday Architect - Finance (Functional Consultant)
Experience Level:5+ Years
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid WFO)
The Functional Consultant will provide expert support and optimization across the following critical Workday Financials domains:
Project & Billing Management (PSA): Manage Billable Projects (Fixed Fee, T&M, Usage-Based), Project Budgets, and Project Resource Management2.
Customer Contract & Revenue: Support Customer Contracts, Billing Schedules, Revenue Schedules, and Customer Invoice Creation from various transactions (Timesheets, Usage).
Accounts Receivable: Manage Customer Accounts, Payment Application, Customer Maintenance, and generate Customer Invoice BIRT reports.
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) & Expenses: Handle Procurement Card payment Processing, Settlement Run, Bank Reconciliation, Expense Report processing, and the full Procurement cycle (Requisition and Purchase Order processing).
Supplier Invoices: Manage Supplier Invoice Request and Supplier Invoice processing.
Financial Accounting & Reporting: Process Journals, Labor Cost Summarization, and generate core Financial reports (Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement)
Required Skills & Qualifications :Expert Functional Knowledge: Deep, hands-on experience as a Workday Financials Functional Consultant is mandatory.
Domain Expertise: Proven support and implementation experience across the full list of Workday domains detailed in the Responsibilities section above.
