Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning.
- Administer user access and permissions across systems and applications, ensuring compliance with security policies and least-privilege principles.
- Implement and monitor backup and recovery solutions using Acronis Backup and other tools to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Provide technical support for TSplus remote access solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Monitor system health and performance using monitoring tools, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Support network infrastructure by troubleshooting connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
- Enforce security best practices, including vulnerability management, firewall configuration, and audit compliance.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions to maintain knowledge base accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to critical incidents and service outages.

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and system support.
- Proficiency in user access management, identity management, and Active Directory administration.
- Demonstrated experience with backup and recovery solutions, specifically Acronis Backup and similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of system monitoring tools and techniques for performance and availability tracking.
- Experience with remote desktop solutions such as TSplus, including session management and security configuration.
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall policies.
- Familiarity with IT security principles, including patch management, access controls, and threat mitigation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator or CompTIA A+/Network+ are a plus.
