Responsibilities: -
1. 4-5 years of experience in core warehousing role
2. Understanding of WMS functionalities and ability to use these software
3. Well versed with warehouse operational fundamentals in terms of inward process, put away, picking, dispatch, etc.
4. Understanding of manpower productivity and ability to understand productivity/efficiency improvement measures
5. Ability to understand warehouse throughput and warehouse design and can influence the same in order to improve the utilization
6. Experience in B2B segment and in handling products which are hazardous in nature and have limited shelf life will be a big advantage
7. Hands on with SAP and should be able to perform all the relevant transactions in SAP themselves
8. Understanding of 3PL operated warehousing vs self-managed warehousing is a plus
