We are seeking a Video Content & Performance Specialist to be a core part of our global Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of compelling video content that fuels paid advertising campaigns, drives website engagement, and supports multiple brands worldwide. This role requires a unique blend of visual storytelling, technical editing mastery, and a sharp focus on A/B testing and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

Your primary mission is to transform concepts into high-converting video assets at scale.

  • High-Volume Production: Design, edit, and produce a high volume of video content and variants optimized specifically for paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and landing page use.

  • Performance Optimization: Actively support A/B testing by creating data-informed video variants, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating rapidly to improve engagement and conversion rates.

  • Creative Technical Mastery: Utilize tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to perform high-quality editing, motion graphics, scripting, and storyboarding as needed.

  • Asset Management & Governance: Systematically manage our video asset library, source content from partners, and ensure consistent branding and quality across all digital platforms.

  • Cross-Functional Strategy: Collaborate closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure video assets are aligned with brand messaging and campaign performance goals.

  • Digital Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of current video trends and platform updates, ensuring our content is always optimized for the latest digital requirements.

Requirements:

We are looking for a creative professional with a proven track record in performance-driven video:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on professional experience in video editing and production, focused heavily on digital advertising and social media platforms.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of video editing suites, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

  • Performance Mindset: Strong, demonstrable understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and how video structure impacts audience engagement and conversion.

  • Agility: Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to coordinate creative feedback and testing results across global teams.
